1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking a slot at AB TURF, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to abide by these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you accept responsibility for ensuring all members comply with these rules.

2. Slot Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A slot is only confirmed once the token advance is successfully paid online. Verbal or unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if the facility is unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

3. Payments

A non-refundable advance token of ₹150 is charged at the time of booking to secure your slot.

The remaining amount based on the slot duration and applicable rates must be paid at the facility before play begins.

Pricing may vary based on the day and time of booking. The rate shown during booking is final for that session.

All online payments are secured via Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your card or UPI details.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

The ₹150 token is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the token amount.

5. Facility Rules

Proper sports footwear must be worn at all times. Flat-soled or rubber-grip shoes are recommended. Metal studs, heels, or hard-soled shoes are strictly prohibited.

Outside food, drinks, or alcohol are not permitted on the turf or in the premises.

Smoking, gutka, or any form of tobacco use is strictly banned inside the facility.

All players must conduct themselves respectfully. Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, or disputes will lead to immediate removal from the facility with no refund.

Players are fully responsible for their personal valuables. AB TURF is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft.

6. Time Management

Your booking is for the exact duration selected. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.

A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be allowed for late arrivals, but playing time will not be extended beyond the originally booked slot.

The turf must be vacated promptly when the session ends out of respect for other players.

7. Safety & Health

Playing sports involves physical risk. All players participate entirely at their own risk.

AB TURF is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health complications that occur on the premises.

Players with existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations should consult a doctor before participating.

Damage caused to turf equipment, nets, goals, or other facility assets must be reported and may result in repair charges.

8. Code of Conduct

AB TURF is a community sports facility. Treat all players, staff, and the facility with respect.

Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will result in a permanent ban.

Players found damaging the turf or equipment intentionally will be held accountable.
